At InterContinental Hong Kong, you’ll find two prestigious restaurants with two upscale bars to match. Rech by Alain Ducasse and Nobu InterContinental Hong Kong serve up fine cuisine with cocktails at the bar. Spoon is open Tuesday to Sunday, and Nobu serves patrons each night from 6 p.m. until midnight (Nobu’s bar is also open daily for lunch). No sleeveless shirts, short pants, slippers or opened shoes on men are allowed at these swank spots. If you are looking for a glass of vino, you’ll find that (and a whole lot more) at The Steak House Winebar + Grill, which has more than 500 bottles from which to choose. It’s open daily from 6 p.m. to midnight and has the same dress code as Rech and Nobu. You can also access a full beverage menu at the Pool Terrace, which is exclusively for guests. However, we think the best place to grab a drink at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel is in the Lobby Lounge, where you’ll get a panoramic view of Hong Kong Island from the massive floor-to-ceiling windows.
