The Inn at Dos Brisas offers a rare culinary treat, with a price tag to match. It’s a place worthy of celebrations and special occasions, where whimsical, modern plating meets classic technique and fresh, organic produce straight from the Dos Brisas garden and greenhouse. With only seven tables to serve per night, the luxury Texas restaurant skips the à la carte menu. Instead, a tasting menu offers five or eight courses of local meats, fresh produce and culinary delights. A three-course menu is available for lunch or Sunday brunch. Wine pairings, which include rare vintages, can be added to either menu. Prices for all menus vary depending on the day of the week and the season, but you can expect to pay $95 for the three-course meal at lunch with an optional $75 wine pairing and upwards of $135 for the eight-course meal for dinner with an optional $125 wine pairing. This might be pricey, especially for Texas, but rest assured it’s worth it. A meal at The Inn at Dos Brisas, the only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant in the state, a one you won’t soon forget.
