Who designed The American Club’s golf courses?

Answers from Our Experts (1)

Larry Olmsted

All of The American Club courses were designed by legendary architect Pete Dye, making this the only resort in the world with four public courses from the icon. Dye is the most awarded architect in golf, living or dead, with more Top 10, Top 20 and Top 50 U.S. designs than anyone else. His courses also host bigger professional PGA events, including the last two PGA Championships — one of them here at the Whistling Straits Course in 2010.
