When dining at TÈ, guests have two main options about how they would like their meal to unfold. First, they can choose a five-course tasting menu, with each course having four options to choose from. Or, guests can opt for a nine-course degustation menu that comes with the cheese course (it can be added to the five-course menu with an additional fee). The menu changes seasonally, roughly every three to four months, so there won’t be any constant dishes to look for while dining, but that is the beauty of this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant. Your meal will highlight the best ingredients of the season; in winter, that may mean that foie gras, lobster risotto, lamb and wild boar make appearances. Part of the experience is also the attention to detail and the knowledge the staff has about the food and its ingredients. Make sure to ask your server where the foods come from and if anything is local.
