Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is as much a dining destination as it is a hotel with superior accommodations. With five unique restaurants, it’s hard not to attract visitors from all over the city to this Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel. We’re crazy about Wazuzu, a pan-Asian restaurant with bright red walls adorned with an enormous 27-foot dragon made up of 90,000 Swarovski crystals. Executive chef Jet Tila doesn’t fuse the flavors of different Asian cultures together, though. Instead, he offers authentic bistro-style dishes that reflect each cuisine separately. If the daily tank-to-table special is any indication, the fish is exceptionally fresh.
Society Café Encore is a departure from Wazuzu cuisine-wise, but it’s just as over-the-top aesthetically. An architectural ceiling, bold black curtains, green accents and an enormous hot pink banquette make the space feel both funky and regal at the same time. Society Café Encore serves modern American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner, making it the most accessible of the bunch.
Botero, which specializes in juicy, well-cooked meat, was named after Colombian artist Fernando Botero, and his artwork can be admired in the restaurant’s private gallery. It’s hard to miss the giant Fertility Goddess statue in the center of the restaurant or the poolside views.
Encore's newest dining addition, Andrea's, blends a high-style restaurant concept with nightlife elements; a DJ starts spinning there at 9:30 p.m.

Botero. Star chef Mark LoRusso creates beyond-the-curve steaks, chops and modern American cuisine as bold and voluptuous as the Boteros that grace this poolside space. Indoor and outdoor dining is available.
Society Café Encore. The denizens of cool gather at this newest hot spot, where chef Kim Canteenwalla’s re-imagined American comfort cooking feels like the culinary equivalent of a down comforter. Society Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a late-night menu as well.
Wazuzu. A gourmet tour of masterful Asian dishes, Wazuzu offers a delectable take on innovative global cooking. This dramatic pan-Asian café showcases a deft touch when it comes to Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Singaporean and Thai cuisines. A sinuous 27-foot-long crystal dragon presides over the stunning space. Lunch, dinner and late-night dining is available seven days a week.
