You won’t have to go far from Vdara Hotel & Spa to find a good museum — in fact, you won’t even have to leave CityCenter Las Vegas. The ARIA Fine Art Collection is the closest thing to a museum that you’ll find while staying at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel. Take an afternoon to peruse award-winning art collections commissioned by the likes of Frank Stella, Maya Lin, Nancy Rubins and Jenny Holzer. Open 24 hours a day, ARIA Fine Art Collection is free to the public and is the first major permanent art collection in Las Vegas that is featured in a public space.
Also connected to the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel is the Bellagio hotel, home to the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art, an intimate space that offers a taste of world-renowned art on the Las Vegas Strip. General admission is $15 per person, though complimentary tours are available daily at 2 p.m.
Although not housed in a museum, the ARIA Fine Art Collection is a wonderful showcase of art and is free to the public. The Vdara concierge staff can supply you with a walking tour map. Bellagio, which is connected to Vdara, hosts the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Arts, featuring a different art exhibit seasonally. Also, Gallery Row, located between ARIA and Crystals, showcases work from amazing artists such as Dale Chihuly and Richard MacDonald.
