The food presentation is simply elegant at Allegro, the tony Italian restaurant in Wynn Las Vegas. Just as the table settings are uncomplicated and sleek, chef Enzo Febbraro favors minimal platings that focus on the main ingredients of each dish. As in classical cooking, only garnishes that contribute to the flavors of the dish are featured n a plate. Satisfying portions of food are served on simple white china and in large to medium-sized bowls. Appetizers are often served on small white china plates. A basket of delicious housemade bread is served with a small glass dish filled with oil and pesto that’s replenished during the evening.
