The dress code at Andrea’s is business casual — nice jeans are acceptable and collared shirts are required for men — but you may want to leave your business suit in your guest room and wear something special instead. With its modern aesthetic, champagne palette and DJ booth, Andrea’s is the sleekest of the restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. When I dined here on a recent Saturday evening, I sat next to several stylish couples and one very chic, LBD-wearing bachelorette party.
About that DJ booth: Andrea’s is a restaurant and nightlife concept, so DJs begins spinning around 9:30 p.m. and the restaurant fully transitions into Surrender nightclub at 11 p.m. The music program is a signature of Andrea’s; they even brought DJ Steve Angello of Swedish House Mafia on board as director and “musical chef.” So you’ll find that diners here aren’t so much decked out in day-to-night business attire as they are in night-to-late-night looks.
