Like the main dining room, the private dining rooms at Aureole Las Vegas have simple, elegant tables with crisp white linens and eye-catching floral arrangements. The high-backed and suede-upholstered chairs are comfortable and the rooms are pleasantly lit; the warm lighting is good for presentations on the room’s drop-down screen. The light-blond wood furniture mirrors much of the restaurant’s interior and further brightens the space. It’s an excellent place for groups, since the private rooms can accommodate parties as small as 12 or as large as 100. The rooms are clustered mostly in the center of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant, so that you and your entourage have a prime view of the massive four-story wine tower and its black-catsuited “wine angels,” who glide up and down on cables to retrieve bottles and help start your party.
