While romance isn’t explicitly included in the formula, Carnevino still mixes plenty of amore into your dining experience. The Las Vegas restaurant’s décor plays a large part in that—the marble and wood accents, 16-foot wood ceilings and numerous windows open the space up and give it a distinct, Italian-villa feel. The only detractor, for some, will be the non-traditional soundtrack; celebrity chef Mario Batali insists on playing livelier rock tunes in his restaurants, and Carnevino is no exception. But otherwise, the Italian steakhouse cuisine and sophisticated atmosphere make Carnevino a great spot for a date in Sin City.
