Javier’s, an upscale Mexican food restaurant at ARIA Resort & Casino, offers two striking spaces for guests who want to dine with friends in privacy. The lush private rooms that look like part of a Moorish-Spanish mission with punched-tin globe chandeliers and dark beams offset by walls inlaid with either iridescent blue abalone shells or shimmering mother of pearl. Both feature massive central tables set with candles that are flanked by regal wooden armchairs studded with metal. The private rooms can be booked for parties of either 22 or 35 guests. Guests in these private rooms can enjoy a limited menu created in advance or order off the menu. The private rooms are far enough off the main restaurant floor so that it feels like you’re enjoying your hand-shaken margaritas, seafood quesadillas or filet mignon in opulence and seclusion.
