Piero's Italian Cuisine is fantastic! On any given night, the restaurant is filled with the who's who of Las Vegas, which makes it great for people watching. The service is top-notch and you'll catch owners Freddie and Evan (father and son team) walking around chatting with patrons ensuring all of their needs are met. Guests flock to the restaurant for its signature Osso Buco dish, and no meal is complete without a side of creamed corn. When you make reservations, try to snag a seat in the restaurant's desirable 10-table "A Room" — everyone from Justin Timberlake and Frank Sinatra have enjoyed a meal there.

My favorite Italian restaurants in Las Vegas are Osteria del Circo at Bellagio and FiAmma at MGM Grand.

I think Scarpetta is good — at The Cosmopolitan. I've heard that Piero's [Italian Cuisine] is good, but I haven't been there. A place called Nora's [Cuisine] is good. Again, it's a couple local places. I'd say Scarpetta is probably the better Italian restaurant.
