Our signature amenity at Falling Rock’s Aqueous restaurant would be our complimentary Amuse Buche (which changes daily) and is made from the finest and freshest ingredients. Our From the Skillet menu features our Fatbird Omelet, a signature breakfast dish at Aqueous. Made from local ingredients our Fatbird Omelet is made to perfection with chorizo sausage, white cheddar cheese and roasted red peppers, and served with a Yukon Gold Potato Cake. We also suggest adding our Buttermilk Pancakes, which are featured on our A La Cart menu. These fluffy and creamy pancakes are our own house recipe and are served with Somerset Maple Syrup, tapped in our state’s backyard.
