Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available at The Polo Lounge, but mostly on the lunch menu, which features chopped salads and soups like gazpacho. One veggie favorite is the West Hollywood salad, a mix of quinoa, farro, kale, spinach, garbanzo beans, golden raisins and feta cheese with lemon vinaigrette. The dinner menu does have a few salads as well, plus plenty of seafood dishes for those vegetarians who enjoy fish. And you can’t go wrong with the sides here, which feature local vegetables; try the sautéed spinach with garlic and crispy shallots, and the steamed local broccoli and cauliflower.
