If you are hoping to pair your dinner with an excellent selection of wines, The Restaurant at Meadowood will certainly whet your palate. Pairings for a regular, seasonal four-course meal are set at $105, while pairings with the 10-course chef’s selections menu cost $205. Chef Christopher Kostow and wine director Michael Ireland collaborate for each menu’s selections to ensure that the wine pairings bring out the best in the fresh, seasonal cuisine. Of course, you should expect all of these wines to be of the highest quality considering not only the Napa Valley restaurant’s location, but also its extensive collection.
The Restaurant at Meadowood offers wine pairings for each course for an additional $225 per person. Guests may also request wine pairings prepared by Michael Ireland, our wine director, for an additional fee for the chef’s counter experience in the kitchen. Offerings may consist of very unique selections of Harlan Estate and Screaming Eagle. Ireland is available to work directly with guests, involving them in the construction of their beverage pairing for the evening.
