While The Restaurant at Meadowood offers prix fixe menus, vegans and vegetarians won’t be left hungry. Simply let the concierge know when you are making your reservation and the kitchen staff will make all of the necessary adjustments. Chef Christopher Kostow will gladly whip up something delectable and within the boundaries of your dietary constraints. Considering the chef plucks ingredients fresh out of Meadowood’s own garden, it is safe to say that there are at least a few vegan and vegetarian dishes available on the menu. To get your fill of veggies, try the carnaroli risotto with roasted chanterelles with brown butter and walnuts, or heirloom tomato and wild plum with buttermilk, black sesame and shiso.
