The restaurant's executive chef, Tyler Brown, switches between his chef and farmer hats as he divides his daily duties between his two masterpieces: the farm and the restaurant. Brown uses sustainable farming practices to grow quality produce and create a farm-crafted menu from the fresher-than-fresh vegetables.
