Who is the chef at Forte and what is his background?

John Sexton oversees the menu at Forte, and has since 2010. Prior to his stint at Reunion Resort, Sexton was the executive chef at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Previously, he held positions with The Boca Raton Resort & Club and The Registry Resort (currently the Naples Grand). Sexton earned his culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America.
The menu has a variety of steak cuts as well as ample seafood options. The sides are also delicious and are large enough to share.  It’s recommended to order one side for every two people and everyone should order their own entrée.
