Prado, Montelucia Resort & Spa’s restaurant, invites guests to enjoy the flavors of the Mediterranean on large and small dishes in a warm and rich setting. Curved ceilings are the canopy for indoor diners who are treated to outdoor views through large windowed doors. Patio seating and two private dining rooms are also available. The dishes change seasonally in order to offer guests the freshest ingredients. The Branzino (garlic and white bean purée, olives, cured tomatoes, capers), Tagliatelle Arrabiata (garlic, chili flake, organic tomatoes, organic arugula, grana, oregano) and Lamb Lollipops (mint crème fraîche, extra virgin olive oil) are very popular.

The Mbar lounge at Prado features high and low stool and bench seating, an oversized marble bar, televisions and a menu of Mediterranean tapas and a comprehensive selection of wines, beers and cocktails. And if you’d like your fare with a bit of fresh air, courtyard seating is available.

Guests may enjoy music at the modern and posh Centro near the Kasbah Pool where signature libations and innovative restaurant fare are served. Fresh, health-conscious food along with juice drinks are served at the Joya Terrace and Juice Bar.

The Crave Café and gourmet food market serves coffee drinks, house gelato and pastries, to-go food items, a selection of wines and more.
