If there’s even a chance you may need to cancel your reservation at Talavera, do yourself a favor and don’t look at the menu. It’d be almost impossible to find the courage to cancel after seeing dishes like the Chilean sea bass served with potato risotto, artichoke and braised Oxtail or the Black Angus filet with horseradish crust served with organic mushroom. But if you do have to cancel, the Four-Star restaurant asks that you give advance notice, though you won’t be charged for cancelling. The only time you’ll have to worry about paying a fee for cancelling your reservation is if you’ve booked for a larger event; in that case, you’ll have until 24-hours before your scheduled reservation, and how much you’re charged will depend on the cost of the menu you’ve arranged with Talavera.
