Tulalip Resort Casino’s Tulalip Bay restaurant is the pinnacle of the resort’s many excellent dining options. The moment you sink into the upholstered chairs at the establishment, you’re taken away from the clamor of the gaming floor — even though it’s just a few feet away. The plush carpeting, warm, wood paneling and menu of decidedly Pacific Northwest dishes only help in the transformation.
Tulalip Bay's culinary team uses nimble fingers to assemble artistic piles of delicate ingredients, always impeccably sourced. The menu is unapologetically regional, with a range of seafood and meat options, with riffs of Asian influence. Whether you’re dining on delicate curry seared sea scallops or indulging in a 14-ounce black Angus prime rib eye, the skill of the chef’s hand is always evident. In fact, you can peer into the kitchen through a large window at the center of the restaurant, where the grill is front and center.
Just beyond another glass wall, the Wine Room features a table for 18, which groups can reserve for special occasions. The room is lined with an inspired selection of labels from around the world and from local vintners as selected by Tulalip Bay sommelier Tom Thompson. The room’s focal point is the curving, whimsical chandelier created by renowned local glass artist Dale Chihuly.
