Not only does 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai offer a cheese course, but there’s a marvelous glass-walled aging room right in the center of the dining room that puts all the beautiful imported cheeses on display. While most of the cheese is imported from Italy, the chef likes to choose non-Italian cheeses as well. Some cheeses that might be offered include Millefoglie al Marzemino, Castelmagno, Pajarin due Latti, Fourme d'Ambert and Reblochon. The cheese course is served with homemade preserves and house-baked brown bread.
