The desserts at Inagiku change with the seasons and the whims of chef Shinji Morihara — each sweet revolves mostly around seasonal fruits and flavors. However, you can almost always expect a scoop of ice cream to come at the end of your meal, which will be incredibly light, yet still rich enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. At the time of our visit, we were treated to a scoop of ice cream flavored with earthy sesame seeds. The other flavor was vanilla, which wasn’t overly sweet.
