While not all the staff members at Inagiku speaks fluent English, most of them speak Japanese as well as Chinese. They are attentive and always discreetly at your side, quietly filling up tea glasses or whisking away finished dishes. During our recent visit, the flow of our multi-course kaiseki was a bit off, with dishes piling up at times and lagging at others. However, the restaurant was still very new (it opened in November 2011) and given the willingness of the staff, we expect that these kinks will be remedied over time.
