Jin Xuan boasts an extensive collection (think thousands) of vintages in its wine vault, with rare and wild bottles of wine ranging from the classic French to Super Tuscans and California reds. All the wine is very pricey and most of it is name brand. You’ll often see wine on the tables around you, though the tea selection — where you can spend nearly as much on a pot of tea as you would on some wines — is even more popular at Jin Xuan. This can be a more interesting experience since many of these teas have been cultivated for centuries to complement, specifically, fine Chinese dining.
