Pelham’s does not have a bar menu, but those who want to sit down for a drink and a small bite are welcome to do so. The wine menu at Pelham’s is extensive, and in addition to offering a huge array of bottles from France, the United States, Italy, Spain and Portugal, there is also a page of wines by the glass. Choose from two sparkling options, a handful of reds and whites, and two each off the sweet wine and rosé section of the menu. Wines by the glass range from RMB68 (US$11) to RMB258 (US$40). The à la carte menu at Pelham’s includes a page of appetizers, priced from 138RMB (US$22) to 168RMB (US$27). We recommend the house-smoked and confit duck with organic field greens, herbs, a red wine poached pear, hazelnuts and Pecorino Romano or the lobster bisque with sea urchin ravioli, water chestnuts and shiso.
