The wine menu at Pelham’s, Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund’s Western fine dining restaurant, is extensive. Though the standard menu does not include wine pairings, sommelier Max Chong will be happy to prepare them upon request. The wine list at Pelham’s is made up of champagne, whites, reds and rosés.
