When you go back for your third or fourth spoonful of black truffle macaroni and cheese at Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse, it’s hard to think about anything else. But it’s worth it to save some space — the steakhouse offers a well-curated selection of signature desserts. For something comparatively light, we recommend the banana rum soufflé with caramelized bananas and crème anglaise or the classic ginger crème brûlée. Chocoholics can get their fix with the chocolate fondant cake with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream and “Sweet Dreams” — homemade cookies with a cup of hot chocolate. There’s also a New Orleans bread pudding served à la mode. Also on the dessert menu is a selection of port and sweet wines available by the glass or bottle, including a 1995 bottle of Barros Porto Vintage from Portugal and a 2000 bottle of Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos from Hungary.
