Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse does not have a bar menu. Meals here are lengthy, with each course an exciting production in gastronomy. If you prefer to have a drink with some smaller bites, you can take a seat in the cigar room, where you can light up one of your own or order from the recommended restaurant. Side dishes at Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse can be shared between two, especially the particularly rich options like black truffle macaroni and cheese, bacon creamed spinach and oven-roasted bone marrow with foie gras. If you’re sharing with a few more than two, we recommend “Shrimp Two Ways” — jumbo cocktail prawns and beer battered and fried prawns, as well as tuna tartare with quail eggs and toast prepared tableside. To drink, there’s a wine list composed mostly of California wines, as well as standard cocktails, brandy, liqueurs, aperitifs and soft drinks.
