Since Sushi Oyama is an omakase (chef’s choice) restaurant, there’s only one option for diner’s to choose — a 10-course menu that’s determined by sushi chef Takeo Oyama’s whims and seasonal abundance. It’s best to let him work his magic. That said, if you have anything that you absolutely do not eat due to food allergy discomfort, chef Oyama is incredibly courteous and attentive to your needs and will make sure you’re taken care off. Can’t eat eggs? No problem. Have an allergy to eel? He’ll strike it from your personal menu. However, if you don’t eat fish, this is definitely not the best place for you to dine, as nearly every course features some kind of seafood, even if it’s a garnish.
