There’s only one option on the menu at Sushi Oyama, and that’s the omakase (10 to 12 courses) menu. The price for this is RMB800 (US$127) per person. (Oyama will sometimes have little extras, such as an extra slice of toro that you can add to the menu.) The price does not include anything to drink except tea. If you’d like to drink something a little stronger, Sushi Oyama has a great selection of sake and plum wine, or you can also go for beer or wine. Expect this to tack on an extra RMB100-300 (US$16 to $48) to your final bill. Rest assured, though, the price is justified.
