Loyal diners, of which there are many, needn’t worry that their signature dishes will disappear, though. The restaurant’s wildly popular dishes like tataki of sesame crusted tuna, which comes with daikon radish carpaccio, osetra caviar, soy gel and katsuobushi flakes, and the crispy skin slow-roasted organic suckling pig are always kept on the menu.
