The desserts at T8 Restaurant & Bar are vividly creative and playful, featuring many of the same avant-garde combinations and plating styles as the savory menu. The offerings include the Magic Mushroom Patch, which combines meringue, chocolate parfait and caramel in a sort of 3D work of art, which replicates soil, snow, leaves and black truffle. There’s also the deconstructed tiramisu called T-8ramisu, which features mascarpone crème, ladyfingers and Kahlùa-scented coffee foam. Fruit lovers will find several options including the citrus and vanilla crème brûlée served with sangria granite and apple foam, and the wonderfully airy passion fruit soufflé with orange oil and mango sorbet — one of our favorites.
