Both bar manager Jerry Zhu and assistant bar manager Herry Liu are on hand to offer suggestions for wine pairings at Table No. 1 by Jason Atherton. Zhu has been working in the bar industry for more than a decade, and Liu has received a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 certificate enabling him to knowledgably guide diners through the varied wine list.
