She’s constantly updating the dessert menu to incorporate the season’s freshest flavors and ripest fruits. Her menu at the recommended restaurant includes mouth-watering combinations like strawberries with lavender cream and toasted marshmallow or warm rice pudding with poached rhubarb and rhubarb sorbet in one season. Another season will feature things like apricot and almond baked pudding or osmanthus panna cotta with berry jelly, watermelon granite and ginger lime syrup. Her warm chocolate cake with white chocolate ice cream is always on the menu.
