As the name might suggest, the menu at The MEET is mostly devoted to the recommended restaurant’s meat offerings. After a list of starters that includes innovative dishes like grilled abalone and traditional ones like a Caesar salad, the menu gets into the business of steak. There are only three cuts of beef on offer: sirloin, filet mignon and rib-eye (without the bone). All are aged for around 14 days and come with your choice of sauces and toppings. In addition to those cuts, The MEET has Australian Wagyu beef and the enormous four- to six-pound Nigaloo Tomahawk steak. This pièce de résistance arrives bone-in and is big enough to feed four.
Believe it or not, there are also a few items on hand for non-beef eaters, including a selection of pork chops, seafood and chicken. The rest of the menu is devoted to sides, which are mostly traditional — think creamed spinach, sautéed mushrooms and truffled potatoes — but it also offers more interesting fare like roasted bone marrow and goat cheese and truffle macaroni and cheese.
