The menu at Delfinos changes every four to six months, according to executive chef Steve Schoembs. You’ll always find the same sections on the menu: appetizers, salads, pizza, pastas and entrées. But what’s included in those sections might change based on what’s fresh and in season. The few consistent items on the menu are the shrimp scampi, the homemade lasagna, risotto “fries” and traditional pizza. The entrées will switch up to include new meats, fresh fish and different accompaniments (like seasonal vegetables and fruits). The good news is that since Delfinos is in Florida, you can count on great fresh fish year-round.
