When Adam Tihany isn’t designing sophisticated hotspot restaurants, he’s working on hotels, bars, spas and more. After graduating from the Politecnico di Milano, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tihany established his own studio and began specializing in hospitality design in 1981. Since then, the award-winning designer has created signature looks for various properties, each with its own unique design. Some hotels he’s designed or renovated include Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, The Beverly Hills Hotel and The Joule in Dallas. The world-famous hospitality designer has also created designs for a slew of renowned restaurants, including Daniel by Daniel Boulud and Per Se by Thomas Keller.
