Dining Room at Blantyre is a more intimate experience when it comes to group dining. For groups of 10 or less, there are two smaller private rooms. The spaces are good for small groups of family and friends, but they open into the main dining room, so this wouldn’t be an ideal spot for a rowdy bunch.
The group dynamic is at its best during the formal wine dinners that Blantyre hosts throughout the year. The Berkshires restaurant closes to other guests and the main dining room is transformed into a formal dining setting, with one large communal table seating up to 20. Blantyre is home to more than 17,000 bottles of wine, so if you’re a wine lover, this is a don’t-miss experience. You can also arrange a trip down to the hotel’s cellar to sneak a peek at some of the rare vintages.
