The Dining Room at Langdon Hall is helmed by executive chef Jason Bangerter. Prior to joining the Langdon Hall team in fall 2013, the George Brown College Chef School graduate worked in Toronto at the Oliver & Bonacini group's restaurants, including Auberge du Pommier, O&B Canteen and Luma. He also did stints at Mosimann's in London and Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz.
Now Bangerter oversees the sophisticated cuisine at Langdon Hall’s Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant. Here he stresses using Ontario’s hyper-local, seasonal ingredients (many of which are grown onsite in the chef’s kitchen garden), and changes regional menu items frequently to reflect his fresh-is-best philosophy.
