The Little Nell does not offer fitness classes, but if you are interested in a specific type of yoga or workout class, the hotel will probably be able to find one for you in town. Fitness-centric Aspen has enough yoga and Pilates studios per capita to rival any major city, and two state-of-the-art fitness clubs are within walking distance (you can also take a free shuttle courtesy of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel). Personal trainers are available to book (for an additional fee) in The Little Nell gym for 30-, 50- or 80-minute sessions. These trainers at The Little Nell take fitness seriously, incorporating Rip-CoreFX — a popular strength-training regimen developed and launched in Aspen in 2010. Using Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), which holds multiple repetitions of stretches for two seconds each, this type of workout is meant to increase fat loss, create leaner muscles, improve sports performance and ramp up energy. We recommend these sessions if you enjoy one-on-one attention, but there are no regularly scheduled fitness classes offered onsite.
Fitness classes and personal training can be arranged by our staff at nearby studios. We will work to find the appropriate location and trainer to best fit your personal fitness desires.
