That might be why there’s no formal guest loyalty program in place, but you can be sure Little Nell staff are paying attention to repeat guests and making sure they feel appreciated and welcome. Return customers are often showered with special welcome amenities, preferred upgrades, or maybe even a hand-written note from the manager. While the only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel in Aspen doesn’t have a formal loyalty program, the staff makes visitors feel like VIPs by being friendly and accommodating.
Once a guest passes five stays at The Little Nell, they are rewarded with direct check-in. If the room is ready upon arrival, we will whisk the guest straight to their room by passing the formality of check-in at the front desk.
