As room demand at The Little Nell skyrockets, the cancellation policy becomes more stringent. Occasions like Christmas, New Year’s and Spring Break tend to draw the biggest crowds, so during high-volume times, cancellations must be made 60 days in advance. For any other time, a 30-day cancellation is required. (In all cases, a 50 percent fee is required to hold your room.) If you don’t cancel within those periods, you’ll be charged for the entire duration of the planned stay. Because of the financial commitment, we recommend solidifying your plans before booking; you don’t want to miss out on the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star experience and your money.
Cancellation policies at The Little Nell change over the seasons. During the peak winter and summer season, we have a 30-day advance notice cancellation policy. We require 50 percent deposit of the total room charges at the time of booking, and the final 50 percent is charged 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. After the cancellation policy goes into effect, the guest is 100 percent responsible for the confirmed dates. Holiday periods have a 60-day advance notice cancellation policy.
