The Aspen restaurant boasts 39 trained sommeliers, including one Master Sommelier, whose knowledge of wine, spirits and service puts them in an exclusive international group with fewer than 200 members. Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy is The Little Nell's wine director, while Advanced Sommelier Timothy Baldwin is its food and beverage director. Advanced Sommelier Csaba “Chubby” Oveges serves as assistant food and beverage director. The talented and distinguished team, with decades of experience in the restaurant, wine and hospitality industries, oversees a wine collection that numbers 20,000 bottles. The Little Nell’s wine list has consistently received Wine Spectator’s coveted annual Grand Award since 1986.
