The St. Regis Atlanta is a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel located in the city's upscale Buckhead neighborhood and the guest rooms are priced accordingly. On the lower end of the spectrum, the 440-square-foot Superior Room, which blends traditional crown moldings and a leather-wrapped writing desk with high-tech amenities such as an iPod sound system and a flat-screen TV embedded in the bathroom mirror, starts at $270 a night. Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms at the luxury Atlanta hotel are the same size with the same amenities, plus a balcony (and in the case of the Grand Deluxe, signature butler service), and they generally go for around $500 a night. The palatial 2,800-square-foot Empire Suite is the hotel's most expensive and most exclusive option. It features a piano, a walk-in closet, full kitchen, fireplace and a private exercise room — rates start at $3,500 a night.
