Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore’s signature restaurant, Wit & Wisdom, has already made a name for itself in the Charm City, and you can find many of its signature dishes along with a range of other tasty treats on the hotel’s room service menu. For breakfast, dig into Southern-influenced favorites like an amazing shrimp and grits, freshly baked biscuits with Benton’s ham or maple sausage gravy, Amish fried chicken with a pumpkin waffle or a jumbo lump crab Benedict with Old Bay hollandaise among other delicious (and perhaps slightly less caloric) options. The all-day dining menu, meanwhile, offers a selection of smaller snacks like pimento cheese and crackers, kettle chips with caramelized onion dip and crunchy chicken wings with sweet-and-sour sorghum. Soups include an oak-roasted tomato option along with classic chicken noodle, and salad selections include a classic Caesar and a Greek option. Sandwiches run from standards like a turkey club and burger as well as some Dixie faves like a crab cake sammy with tartar sauce, while create your own pizzas and pastas round out the heartier dishes. We recommend ordering the Wit & Wisdom favorites, though, like the artfully presented Tuscarora beet, watermelon and goat cheese salad or the Carolina golden rice porridge. And do save a wee bit of room for dessert — you’ll most certainly want to indulge in the chocolaty red velvet cake or ice cream sandwich.
