The excellent room service menu at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing offers a range of gourmet fare drawing from Western, Italian and Chinese cuisines. Breakfast includes a la carte items and six different sets, with the highlight being the “all-time favorite” that includes a truffle omelet with grilled Parisian ham and a chocolate chip marshmallow muffin. The all day dining menu begins with tempting starts, like Mio’s cold cuts with warm focaccia, “Kaluga Queen” caviar with blini and a classic Caesar salad with anchovies, roasted garlic and a choice of proteins. Three soups and two signature dishes are offered, the latter including Australian Wagyu beef short ribs braised in cinnamon bark with curried parsnips and raisin raita. Sandwiches include the Angus beef burger and open-face sandwich with asparagus, poached egg, prosciutto, cheese and arugula, while the dessert list is short and sweet, offering five items that include a cheese and fruit plate, chocolate with fleur de sel and a selection of ice creams and sorbets.
