Grand affairs take place at the Boston Harbor Hotel, so it’s no surprise that the options for conference rooms and meeting spaces are vast and varied. There is an impressive total of 15,000 square feet of meeting space in the Boston Harbor Hotel that accommodates everything from intimate group luncheons to full functions and weddings. There are nine private function rooms in total, and each is rented out and organized with on-site facilities teams. Tech equipment rentals are outsourced with Swank Audio Visual services.
A favorite is the Wharf Room — a total of 5,488 square feet that can be divided up into sections. The theater, meanwhile, can hold 400 people; the classroom, 150 people; the banquet area, 350 people; reception area, 500 people; and the boardroom and foyer can be rented separately. On the second floor, the Atlantic Room is a total of 5,633 square feet and can be broken down to the Atlantic Foyer, North Atlantic Room and South Atlantic Room. On the mezzanine level, four boardrooms are available, and each can hold anywhere from 20 to 100 people. You can also rent out the Rotunda space, and in case you don’t want the entire thing, it can be separated into two areas holding 100 people each.
