Doing business is easy at XV Beacon. The staff goes out of its way to make sure you have everything you need for a productive and stress-free stay. The concierge can arrange everything from transportation to and from the airport or local businesses, to arranging private rooms in the hotel complete with a coffee and tea buffet, computer hookups and presentation screen.

If you're looking to host a business meeting or event at XV Beacon, the hotel has three parlor rooms (which can be reserved through the concierge) that each seat up to 10 people at a grand mahogany table. The parlor rooms are both functional and comfortable, with private bathrooms, a sitting area, fireplace and windows that open. Complimentary Internet is available throughout the hotel. Any additional amenities you might need for your business meeting at XV Beacon, including catering, audio-visual needs or simple decorations like flowers or table arrangements can be organized through the hotel's concierge.

You can leave FedEx packages with the XV Beacon concierge, and the hotel offers chargers for all types of mobile phones, including BlackBerry devices, iPhones and Androids.
