Chef Luna features Mooo specials based on what’s fresh and in-season. If you dine at Mooo during the summer, you might be lucky enough to catch chef Luna's take on soft-shell crabs, which is always a popular seasonal addition to the menu. You’ll also find new dessert items as the seasons change. Pastry chef Johanna Hamilton will whip up pies with local fruits and various desserts that might be a bit richer in the winter months than what you’ll find during the summer.
